On a different topic, the Help-for-Heroes match was a class event, a great blend of legends, servicemen and young stars. I was especially impressed with Will Greenwood and Jason Robinson - both looked sharp enough to walk out for any Premiership team.
On a final shout I have to say I've been very impressed with ITV's round-up show. Apart from helping me do this review, the very fact that they base themselves at a different ground to Sky each week adds an extra perspective and is a welcome addition to the schedule.

Brizzle vs Tadpoles
Prediction: Bristol 4, Sale 1
Actual: Bristol 1, Sale 4
Bristol rued missed kicks while falling to their third defezzzzzzzzzzz. Sorry. Let's try that again. Sale scraped another win while failing to cross the whizzzzzzzzzzzz. Errr. Bristol are now in seriouzzzzzzzzzz. Sod it. Bris really need to get something at Newcastle next weekend, and we'd all appreciate it if Sale remembered how to score tries, as they're not gonna be able to just scrape it vs Glaws next weekend.
Glawster vs Sequins
Prediction: Gloucester 4, Quins 1
Actual: Gloucester 4, Quins 1
Quins rued missed kicks at Gloucester who have bounced back from their disappointing opening loss to Tigers. Danny Care yet again buzzed around the place and scored an opportunistic try, but Gloucester's back row of Narraway and Strokosh combined excellently to secure the match for Glaws. Next week Glaws have a nasty trip to Sale, but they should be growing in confidence, Quins have a home derby vs Irish.
*** Extra note, I've just realised that Chris Malone scored a try against Glaws. So a moral victory for Quins then.
Sortof London Sortof Irish vs Brilliance
Prediction: Irish 1, Bath 4
Actual: Irish 1, Bath 4
The Exiles rued missed kicks at home to Bath as Peter Hewat had the sort of kicking display that, well, Butch James had last week. A scrappy, unsatisfactory game, lit up by the joy of watching Elvis Seveali'i on a rugby pitch. Elvis, last minute try, Irish vs Bath? If you don't mist up at the memory of that fateful Thursday night, you've no soul. Bath have a tricky home fixture against Wuss next weekend, Irish have an even trickier one at Quins.
Sinners vs Wycombe
Prediction: Saints 0, Wasps 4
Actual: Saints 4, Wasps 1
Saints didn't rue missed kicks as Wasps decided to be rubbish. Again. Despite Reihana having a shocker, Saints scored three good tries and condemned the chumpions to their third straight defeat. While class is permanent, Wasps have got to try and shift their form, last year's miracle run seems highly unlikely to be repeated. And next weekend they get a trip to The Meat. A great result for Saints who should approach their trip to Sarries with confidence.
Wuss vs Meaaaaaaaaaat
Prediction: Worcester 1, Tigers 4
Actual: Worcester 1, Tigers 4
Worcester rued missed k... you know, I'm sensing a theme here. Anyway, Tigers scraped this, a darting run from their replacement scrum-half sneaking them ahead. Wuss should be pleased they fought so hard and will want to try and get revenge for their ECC final defeat at Bath next weekend. Tigers will entertain a frankly hilarious Wasps.
Sorries vs Relegated
Prediction: Saracens 4, Newcastle 0
Actual: Saracens 5, Newcastle 0
Sarries didn't rue anything as Newcastle are rubbish and will be relegated. However, they're nothing if not kind people in Watford and they allowed Jonny Wilkinson to get a try and two conversions, thus boosting my Fantasy League team score. Cheers Sarries. Anyway, Sarries have tricky one at home to Saints, Newcastle have an 8-pointer at home to Bris.
