Given that we didn't want to put you to sleep with tales of his exciting life playing...yawn... snooker, paying homage to birthday boy Peter Ebdon in our daily racing section was never an option. Instead, we dedicate/pad out the rest of this story to/with golfer and Cork's long lost son Bernard Langer. He will be blowing out the candles on his cake this afternoon... with German efficiency and perfect timing, no doubt... which tenuously links to courses and some competitive action from Ayr, Catterick, Great Leighs and Bellewstown. Don't forget, we also pay out on disqualified winners and official result on all UK & Ireland races.
