Rugby Union Odds - No Point C-Ryan About It
By Paddy Power September 7 2008
Gloucester have the chance for some immediate revenge when they kick-off another challenge for the Guinness Premiership against rivals Leicester. Having topped the table last season Gloucester fell at the first hurdle in the play-offs to a Tigers team that finished ten points behind them. That was the third time in six years they've topped the regular season table and ended up without silverware. Coach Dean Ryan is looking for his side to use that defeat to motivate them to finally get some rewards for their efforts. "We must get back into the play-offs and show the lessons of previous years have been learnt...we must finish in the top four...we must perform at a much higher level." Will Leicester take the Glouces off this optimism with a third win in a row? 4pm SS1
