Rugby Union Betting - Should Of Stade At Home
By Paddy Power October 10 2008
Considering Stade Francais travel like a flan on a roller-coaster (as soon as the ride gets a bit bumpy they fall apart) and have lost on their previous four visits to Ravenhill, everyone at Ulster should be quietly confident of causing an upset. Instead Matt Williams has reduced his side to little more than plucky underdog status by lavishing praise on the French visitors. "Stade are presently the best club side in the world and they could beat anyone, including Canterbury Crusaders," we think he said, it was difficult to hear amongst all the slurping noises. Williams did recognise that Stade "do not like leaving France and they certainly do not like coming to Belfast" and if he instructs his players to attack from the off Ulster could land another a flantastic scalp.
