It has been announced today that the Rhinos will be part of a historic Yorkshire Lancashire day at the Headingley Carnegie on Saturday 31st May. The official Leeds Rhinos website today announced that the Carnegie Challenge Cup quarter final clash between the Rhinos and the Wigan Warriors will be played on the 31st May, but at the same time the Yorkshire CCC will be taking

It has been announced today that the Rhinos will be part of a historic Yorkshire Lancashire day at the Headingley Carnegie on Saturday 31st May. The official Leeds Rhinos website today announced that the Carnegie Challenge Cup quarter final clash between the Rhinos and the Wigan Warriors will be played on the 31st May, but at the same time the Yorkshire CCC will be taking on Lancashire in the Liverpool Victoria County Championship, at the cricket end of the ground.

According to Gary Hetherington (Leeds cheif executive), both matches will be played all because of a unique partnership between Leeds Rugby and Yorkshire CCC.

The game will also be live on BBC ONE, KO: 2.30pm
