Details of how to book your place on a coach for away games. The hope is that there will be at least two coaches running to each away match this season. Wendy Maunder does a fantastic job in organising this. Please take note of her comments re contact etc. and remember she is doing this on a voluntary basis.
Information for Booking Coaches To book a place on the away supporter’s coaches you can contact me by email or phone. All seats are £15 excluding match ticket. This cost is for league games and National Trophy rounds but not Twickenham final. As we are subsidised by SP, there is no discount for children. Please note my new email address as the old one will cease to exist from Sunday August 31st.Telephone: 07512 324935Email: wendy.maunder@sky.comI will be at the home matches and you can book your seats then. Find me in the Undercroft pre-match or in the Members bar post match. You can also ask me to book you onto future matches on the coach. I am taking bookings for all matches for the season. Places are very popular so don’t leave it too late. I will add you to the list on a first come first served basis. We will only run a second coach if we have a minimum of 25 names after first coach is full.If possible please pay me when you book your seat or if you are booking for multiple matches, pay for soonest match before travel but I will happily reserve your seats for other matches.PLEASE REMEMBER·       I am a volunteer who also works full time. I am not always available to answer my phone if I am in meetings. Please leave a message on my voicemail quoting your name and which match you are booking for and how many places you require.·       Please do not ask me to phone you back as it is my mobile and therefore I have to pay the bill! As you can appreciate phoning back on average 48 people can be expensive. I will always respond to email if required.·       Once we are at an away game watching the match, I have no paperwork on me (I like watching matches too). Due to my advancing age I will probably not remember if you ask me to add you to a list. Please contact me via one of the above or speak to me on the coach.·       A couple of people are phoning me on my work landline. It is very important I keep this line free so please only use my mobile or email.I hope this helps sort some confusion and makes things a little easier for you. The coaches have become very popular and we always welcome new people on to them. My aim is to have at least 2 coaches to every away game. We do have fun and you always have a chance to win your entrance ticket to the match with our on board raffle.
